Christmas

Christmas Eve was spent with my family on the hill. I seriously don't know what I would do without my amazing family especially these two.

Over The Rainbow

Aurora has been begging me to make her class some treats like the ones I used to make for Sage's classes at least once a month. Yes, I was that awesome Mom who made something totally adorable for every holiday I could come up with.

I've been putting it off all school year because my desire to craft has been on hiatus for the last 2 1/2 years. After scouring Pinterest I finally found something that I could make using MDS and Costco Photo.

I made this little cloud tag and had it printed on photo paper. I cut it out and layered it on top of some Pink Pirouette cardstock, punched two small holes with my crop-a-dile and stuck the lollipop though it. For her teacher I just turned the cloud into a tag and tied it to a giant Hershey Kiss.

I think they turned out pretty darn cute for my first attempt back at crafting. I've got to get it together.

Christmas Eve

Not having parents to spend Christmas with is hard for me. This year Christmas Eve was a ton of fun. We had dinner, opened pj's, and played some fun Minute to Win It games with the Hunt's.

Sage throwing Marshmallows through a wreath. He totally dominated that game.

Robert and I didn't fare to well with the Marshmallow toss and Aurora refused to play most of the games.

Sage was really good at the cookie game.

The Nut stacking game was really easy.

The rest of the evening was spent wrestling and laughing.
Thank you Hunt Family for inviting us to share in Christmas Eve with you.

Happy Easter!

Easter is my third favorite Holiday. My Mom loved Easter because it meant she could pull out her crazy huge bunny collection. We bought new baskets this year because I saw this cupcake one at Target and fell in love and knew that Aurora would too.
The Easter Bunny was able to get some games for the xbox 360 kinect on Amazon for a fraction of the normal price so each of the kids got a game and a super cool Angry Birds game for the family.

Sage has been obsessed with Star Wars lately so he got a LEGO Star Wars game, Darth Vader eggs, jelly belly scented bubbles and a chocolate bunny.

Aurora loves all things cupcakes and Disney so she got the Disneyland Adventures game, cupcake eggs, jelly belly scented bubbles and a chocolate bunny.

They also got new church clothes.

They are definitely growing up way too fast. I miss my little babies, but they are growing into wonderful big kids. I love my Family!

St. Patrick's Day Fun Continued....

So there aren't any pictures cause the battery died and I couldn't find the charger. The traditional meal for St. Patty's Day is Corned Beef and Cabbage but we don't care for that, so I tweaked it a little bit and decided that we would have Beef & Broccoli over Rice for Dinner, we also had Green Jello Squares, then for dessert we let the kids ice some shamrock sugar cookies that I had made earlier in the day. It was a day filled with fun, and one I hope the kids will always remember.

St. Patrick's Day Fun!!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day! We've started a new tradition in our home. Every Holiday no matter how small is a special day where we will do something fun!

Last night for Family Home Evening we went shopping for supplies to make Leprechaun Traps. We came home and the kids colored lunch bags with rainbows, pots of gold and shamrocks to lure the Leprechaun's into the bag where they would find their favorite thing in the world GOLD COINS!!!
Here's what the kids woke up to in the kitchen. Leprechaun tracks!!! We've been leaving Leprechaun Tracks out side all weekend long to help get the kids excited for the Holiday. The tracks today went from the table all the way out the back door and down the ramp.

Sage was bummed when he saw that he didn't catch a Leprechaun! As he looked in his trap he exclaimed " Those stinking, tricky Leprechaun's!!! But as promised the Leprechaun's left a surprise.... Lucky Charms Cereal!!!

Those Leprechaun's sure are tricky!!! Before the left they turned our pancake mix and our milk GREEN!!! Sage and Aurora thought that was sooo funny!!!

The kids eating green pancakes and drinking green milk.

I'll post more pictures of our holiday fun, later on tonight.
